There is no SPECIAL CLOURS AWARDS this year as there is no Nomination.

Please "OK" them if the changes are correct.
For Appeal cases, we will need to wait for replies from respective Game Advisers and Game Convenors.

The verification period for schools is from 15 Aug 2011 to 22 Aug 2011.
Please check and verify:
- Name of Nomination
- School of Nomination
- Award Number for Zone Colours and National Colours (ZERO means no award for National Colours)
If you need to make an appeal for a NEW student (Name is not in the nomination list), use the attached Appeal Form (Excel) located at the bottom of this page. Fill up all the necessary information and eMail to webmaster via CONTACT.

We have uploaded the Quick Guide, the Appeal Form, the Criteria, and Flowchart at the bottom of the page (only available when you logged in).

All users MUST update their name, email address and contact number via "My Account". Otherwise, you will have problems receiving emails from the schools, convenor or the advisors.

Review Period

The review period is from 01 Sep 2010 to 31 Aug 2011.

Team Nomination

Only Top 4 Teams at National Inter-School Level will be nominated for Team Colours Award.
(Top 4 at Zone Inter-School Level are not counted).

Individual Award Number

Please note that the Award Number for National Colours is set to ZERO if a student does not get National Colours this year even though he or she was awarded one in the previous years.

Schools HOD PE/Sports Secretaries

Username & Password were sent to all schools' HOD PE or Sports Secretaries on 31 May 2011.

  1. Login and proceed to "Verify My School".
  2. View the individual nomination under "Individual" and team nomination under "Team". 
  3. Click on "No Issue" if everything is correct (The status will be updated with OK status)
  4. If you have issues with the awardee, click on "Issues" and submit your issues. (Email will be sent to yourself and the respective national convenor, and game advisor).

National Convenors

National convenors will be able to access both the school's listing and game's listing with their school account (eg 1234-ADM).

  1. Login and proceed to "Verify My Game".
  2. View the individual nomination "Individual" and team nomination under "Team".
  3. Click on "No Issue" if everything is correct (The Conv Status will be updated with OK status)
  4. If you have issues with the awardee, click on "Issues" and submit your issues. (Email will be sent to yourself and the game advisor).

Games Advisors

Game advisors' account have been setup. Please retrieve your password via the "Request New Password" link. (Enter your MOE eMail account and your password will be sent to you).Game Advisors will be able to access only the game's listing with their advisor account (login with email address as username).

  1. Login and proceed to "Verify My Game".
  2. View the individual nomination under "Individual" and team nomination under "Team".
  3. Click on "No Issue" if everything is correct (The Adv Status will be updated with OK status)
  4. If you have issues with the awardee, click on "Issues" and submit your issues. (Email will be sent to yourself, the respective school and national convenor).
